On page 43-53 Michelle even made 4 charts which are labeled Week One Menu, Week Two Menu all the way to Week Four. And following each menu she gives us Week One Shopping List, Week Two Shopping List etc. And at the bottom of each menu she even listed a couple snacks we can eat throughout the day.
